Brunch with Santa

Today, the boys & I had brunch with Santa at the Officers' Club on base. Here is a picture of us at the table. **Be sure to click the picture to see them all*** There were singers/dancers singing Christmas carols & all of the kids got up to dance. It was too cute. The boys in the blue sweaters are Luke & Will, two friends from Daniel's class whom he prays for every night. The blond cutie-pie at the table is Peter, Michelle and Jason's youngest. He's blowing me kisses. His big brother, Stephen, is the little guy in the red & white stripes dancing with William. Daniel had a BALL dancing with all of his friends & running around with William. William took a while to get warmed up to the dancing, so there's only one pic of him. They both sat on Santa's lap, but neither was too happy about it. William managed to tell Santa that the one thing he wants from him is a Christmas train & then got right down & asked for his candy cane. Daniel took a while to get up there, but the promise of candy did it. He told Santa his name & then burst into tears. Poor little guy, but he loved his candy cane!
